Fees
Cocoon is a bespoke family ran business delivering tailored support, companionship and 24 hour live-in care. Packages can be put together to suit your individual needs.
Carer Fees
Live-in care can either be for a sustained amount of time with no planned end date or in the form of respite care, which is for short-term solutions.
Please see below for our fees:
- Registration Fee – £150 (plus VAT) – Non-refundable payment.
- Ongoing arrangements
| Daily fee | Weekly fee |
| £20.00 plus VAT | £140 plus VAT |
- Terms – payment is due within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Part weeks will be invoiced at the daily rate.
- Carer fee – The client is responsible for paying the carer directly for her/his services. Cocoon Care Ltd will facilitate but the final negotiation and fee agreement will be directly between the client and the carer.
- Rapid response fee – Emergency/rapid response placement fee starts at £100 plus VAT.
